Our Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise requested, we ship via United Parcel Service, ground service, within the continental United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be shipped via the new UPS Ground service or via USPS. Delivery can take up to two-three weeks.

For orders to be shipped outside the continental US, you will be notified by email of the freight charges. Email or call for air shipment to Alaska and Hawaii, or for shipping rates outside the continental U.S. Please ask about service to Canada. All international customers are responsible for import duties and fees.

Most bed and bath linens will ship within 7 to 14 days. Many items are in stock for immediate shipment. We will confirm a shipping date to you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order.

In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will keep you regularly informed. It is possible that your order may be shipped from more than one Luxury Linen Ship location. If this occurs, no additional charges will result.
